The City of Willits is requesting proposals from qualified Certified Public Accountant firms to audit its annual financial statements for the four (4) fiscal years beginning with fiscal year ending June 30, 2016. The contract may be renewed contingent upon satisfactory performance of the firm and mutual written agreement of both the City and firm on an annual basis for an additional four years.
