The City of West Covina invites competitive proposals for the following service:

“IT NETWORK SERVICES – RFP 0616-B”

Proposals must be for the entire scope of services outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Incomplete proposals will not be considered. Five (5) bound and sealed copies and one (1) electronic copy are to be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk. The attached “Statement of Non-Collusion by Contractor” (Attachment A) and the “Agreement for Indemnification by Contractor/Vendor” (Attachment B) forms must be filled out and returned with the proposal no later than 5:00 PM., June 23, 2016. Submissions received after this deadline will be rejected. Submissions by facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted. Please clearly identify the package: “IT Network Services 0616-B”.

For the purpose of answering questions and clarifying details, there will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on June 9, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. Proposers may attend in person or by teleconference. If you plan on attending by teleconference contact Tim Lieu at Tim.Lieu@westcovina.org or 626-939-8479 for teleconferencing instructions. All interested parties attending on site need to meet at the Management Resource Center (MRC) Room 314, City Hall 1444 West Garvey Avenue South, West Covina, CA 91790.

The City of West Covina reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and/or waive any informality therein. Each proposal shall constitute an offer to provide the service described herein at the price quoted and shall not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening date.
