The City of Desert Hot Springs, hereinafter referred to as the City, is inviting proposals from qualified consulting firms to perform the calculation of rational and reasonable Development Impact Fees for all applicable City infrastructures. The calculation and concurrent text must be within the legal requirements of § 66000, et. seq. of the Government Code otherwise known as AB1600 and with applicable state and federal case law. To be considered for this contract, your firm must meet the qualifications and satisfy the requirements as stated in the Request For Proposal (RFP).
