The Calaveras County Water District (CCWD) invites the submittal of proposals from professional firms with expertise and experience in conducting a comprehensive salary and benefits review and analysis for the classifications within the District’s SEIU Local 1021 Union bargaining group only. The firm should specialize in salary and benefit analysis including proficiency in job evaluation and matching scope of responsibilities with the appropriate classification, preferably with experience specific to public water and wastewater agencies. The goal of retaining a firm with extensive experience in compensation and benefit surveys is to provide confidence to the CCWD Board of Directors and CCWD employees that the survey is objective, fair and based on sound survey principles.
