The City of Oxnard invites proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms for Internal Audit Services. Proposals will be received in the City of Oxnard Purchasing Office located at 300 W. Third Street, Second Floor, Oxnard, CA 93030 by 4:00 p.m. on December 19, 2016.
