The City of Morgan Hill is seeking proposals from a qualified firm for the following services.
Professional services for sales and use tax audit and information services.
AND/OR
Web based business License software and services.
Respondents can provide a combined proposal for both services or respond to a single service. The City will review all proposal and reserves the right to award either as combined services or individually service.
There is no express or implied obligation for the City of Morgan Hill to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request.
For a firm to be considered, the City must receive four (4) copies of the proposal by Friday, August 31, 2018, by 5pm, at the following address:

Electronic Submittals (separate attachments in pdf format) will be accepted and are encouraged. Please submit to harjot.sangha@morganhill.ca.gov
Questions related to the RFP need to be submitted via email to Harjot.Sangha@morganhill.ca.gov by August 15, 2018, by 5 pm. All RFP questions and responses will be posted online at http://www.morganhill.ca.gov/bids.aspx
All hard copy proposals must be in sealed envelopes and clearly marked “Sealed Proposal–Professional Services for Sales and Use Tax Audit and/or Web Based Business License Software.”
The City of Morgan Hill reserves the right to reject any, and all proposals submitted.
