The City of Gilroy (City) has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified
firms (Proposers) offering proven, integrated solutions to replace the City’s current Sungard –
Pentamation ‐ FinancePlus Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically in the areas of
Finance, HR, Payroll, and Utility Billing.
While Sungard also provides Community Development software, the City is releasing a separate procurement for Land Management System (LMS) software.
The City seeks a qualified Proposer who can demonstrate organizational, functional, and technical
capabilities, as well as the experience, expertise, and qualifications necessary to provide and support a
fully integrated and proven ERP solution to include both implementation and ongoing maintenance and support.
Note that the City is open to either an on‐premises or SaaS solution.
