The Vallecitos Water District (District) is accepting Proposals from qualified Professional Service firms for the purpose of entering into a consulting services agreement to provide a cost of service study of its current water and wastewater utility systems using current financial information. This includes an independent assessment and evaluation of the District’s existing rates and charges in relation to the cost of service to provide water and wastewater, as well as potential charges that might either be added for specific services and/or discounts for conservation measures undertaken by customers. The end product will be a full user-friendly rate model provided to district staff in Excel format.
