The City of Big Bear Lake recently completed an IT Assessment, the results of which outline planned technology upgrades and improvements. Additionally, the IT Assessment recommended that Big Bear Lake review their current outsourcing arrangement and solicit competitive proposals for IT Managed Services. Big Bear Lake is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide IT Managed Services as well as the technology upgrades outlined in Year 1 of the IT Assessment.
