Rancho Murieta Community Services District (the “District”) solicits proposals from qualified firms (“Proposers”) to provide a Cost Allocation Plan (CAP) described below. Both small and large qualified firms with competitive rates are encouraged to apply. All proposals must be received by November 13th, 2019, at 5:00PM. Proposals received after said time will not be considered.
