The City of La Quinta (City) is seeking a qualified third-party consulting firm to manage the documentation associated with COVID-19 pandemic. This Contract will be partially reimbursed by FEMA Public Assistance Funding as authorized under the appropriate Presidential Emergency Declaration. As such, proposers hereby acknowledge that the contract work shall comply with all applicable Federal laws, regulations, executive orders, and FEMA requirements.
