he Citrus Heights Water District (CHWD) is seeking proposals from qualified
professional actuary firms (Actuary) to provide services to value Other Post-Employment
Benefits (OPEB) in compliance with Governmental Accounting Standards Board
Statement No. 75 (GASB 75) for inclusion in CHWD’s Comprehensive Annual Financial
Report as of December 31, 2021, December 31, 2022, December 31, 2023, and
December 31, 2024.
Complete written proposals must be submitted via email or via mail in sealed
envelopes marked and received no later than 11:59 PM PDT on April 30, 2021, to the
address below. Proposals will not be accepted after this deadline.
