The City of Watsonville Finance Department is soliciting Request of Proposal (RFP) from qualified providers of cost allocation plan preparation services. Work to be performed will include:
• Preparing an overhead cost allocation plan to include full cost recovery for internal use.
• Preparing an overhead cost allocation plan meeting the Office of Management Budget (OMB) criteria so that it may be billable for federal and state grants.
