The City of Escondido is requesting proposals from qualified candidates for comprehensive
grant writing services for an initial pilot period of twelve (12) months, with the option of extending
the agreement for an additional two-year period. The City is seeking a contract with an individual
or firm specializing in the management of the overall grant writing process including assisting the
City to maximize the benefits of grant funding.
