The audit firm will perform an audit of all funds of WRCOG and its managed entity, the Riverside County Habitat Conservation Agency (RCHCA), in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards accepted in the United States of America, applicable to the financial audit contained in the Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States and the provisions of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments and Non Profit Organizations.
