The City of Seaside is requesting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to prepare and audit its financial statements, the Seaside County Sanitation District’s financial statements, the Single Audit Report and perform agreed-upon procedures pertaining to the City’s Gann Limit for the three (3) fiscal years ending June 30, 2022, 2023, and 2024, with the option to extend two (2) additional years, not to exceed five (5) fiscal years.
