NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Arcadia is accepting proposals from qualified firms for professional banking services. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROFESSIONAL BANKING SERVICES RFP” and shall be sent to the City Clerk of the City of Arcadia, 240 West Huntington Drive, Arcadia, California, 91007. Proposals are due no later than 11:00 a.m. on May 31, 2022, at which time said proposals shall be publicly opened.
Copies of the proposal may be obtained from the Purchasing Office of the City of Arcadia, 240 West Huntington Drive, Arcadia, California, 91007 or on the City’s website at https://www.arcadiaca.gov/government/city-departments/administrative-services/purchasing under Bids and RFP Notices. Said specifications and proposal forms are hereby referred to and incorporated herein and made a part by reference and all proposals must comply therewith.
The City of Arcadia reserves the right to accept in whole or part or reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in the proposal process, and all proposals are binding for a period of ninety (90) days after the proposal opening and may be retained by the City for examination and comparison, as specified in the proposal documents. The award of this contract shall be made by the Arcadia City Council.
