The Valley Sanitary District (VSD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms with significant experience in providing interactive Instructor-Led Training/Workshops on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace for approximately 36 employees and 5 board members. The curriculum should have clear deliverables and examples. Exercises should be relevant to State of California guidelines for Sexual Harassment Prevention Training and presented in a manner that promotes a safe discussion.
