The City of Pico Rivera is seeking to establish a bench of on-call consultants that provide professional advocacy, lobbying and grant writing services that will augment staff capacity within the City’s Administration Division. Firms must be capable of maneuvering and influencing the regional, state, and federal political landscapes to implement the city’s Legislative Platform and PR 2035. Grant writing services are also needed to help track, identify, and write grant proposals for the most appropriate funding opportunities.
