The City of Compton (“City”) is requesting interested municipal advisory firms to submit a proposal to develop a Fiscal Sustainability Plan. The Fiscal Sustainability Plan will review the City’s operating and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) expenses, revenues, and multi-year projections, with a focus on the General Fund. The goal is to provide short-term (2-5 years) a long-range (6-10 years) plan for the City that considers current and future finances and the impact of a potential slowing of revenue growth in the future of City services, infrastructure and capital project needs, especially from the General Fund.
