The City of Foster City, (“The City”), is requesting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to conduct the annual independent audit of its financial statements for three fiscal years ending June 30, 2023, June 30, 2024, and June 30, 2025 with the option of auditing its financial statements for each of the two subsequent fiscal years if agreed upon by both parties. The purpose of this process is to obtain competitive prices for auditing services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) describes the required Scope of Services, the minimum information that must be included in the proposal, and the evaluation and selection process.
