The City of Monterey (referred to hereafter as “the City”) seeks a software solution for its budget and planning process that integrates with the City’s existing Tyler Technologies’ Eden financial system. The selected solution will enable City staff to collaborate in developing a capital and operating budget. The solution will increase efficiencies with the budget process, foster collaboration, and facilitate strategic alignment of the City’s budget.
