- Does your agency have policies that deal with reimbursements for meals that are unrelated to overnight travel in the following circumstances:
- Locally held training?
- Other ” “business” “meetings?
- And if so, what are they?
I received replies from 18 agencies. Of these, six had policies that specifically addressed the two questions I asked (albeit in much different ways).
Picking out what I considered to the ” “best of the best,” “attached for your information is a link to the agenda report we took the Council on this on 11-04-06, along with the revised guidelines themselves. The agenda report highlights the changes and the reasons for them.
(The Council approved the guidelines 5:0 on the consent calendar without any questions.)
