The City and County of San Francisco (“the City”) seeks responses from banks and financial institutions demonstrating successful experience in municipal taxable and tax-exempt equipment lease-purchase financing and refinancing. Experience successfully closing taxable and tax-exempt equipment lease-purchase financing transactions for local governments and closely related transactions is highly desirable.
It is the intent of the Controller’s Office to create a pre-qualified list of equipment lease-purchase financing firms from which interested City departments, boards, or commissions may choose prospective contractors on an as-needed basis.
Selected Respondents will remain eligible for consideration for selection for contracts on an as-needed basis for two years. Actual contract periods will vary depending upon service needs. Selected Respondents are not guaranteed a contract.
