The Desert Recreation District, located in the Coachella Valley, is inviting proposals for consultants/firms to provide Professional Audit Services. The District will receive such proposals in the Administration Office of the Desert Recreation District, 45-305 Oasis Street, Indio CA 92201 up to the hour of 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2012.

Requests for clarifications, questions and comments must be submitted in writing; sent by mail or email; and be received by the District no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, April 16, 2012. The envelope or e-mail subject line must be labeled; “Written Questions for RFP #12-03-001-AD” and addressed to Sonya Galvez, Desert Recreation District Administration Office 45-305 Oasis St., Indio, CA 92201 or sgalvez@drd.us.com. District is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not been so labeled. All registered vendors (those that have downloaded an RFP or have paid for a printed copy) will be notified of any requests for information and/or other changes to this RFP by the District. Such changes become an integral part of the RFP for incorporation into any contract awarded pursuant to the RFP.
