The City of East Palo Alto City Council has authorized the City Manager to solicit Requests for Proposals for updating current and preparing new Personnel Policies and Procedures for the City. All proposals must be received by the Human Resources Department by 4:00 P.M. Thursday, May 24, 2012. Proposals received after said time will not be considered. To guard against premature opening, each proposal shall be submitted to the City Manager’s Office in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the proposal title, specification number, bidder name, and time and date of the proposal opening. Proposals shall be submitted using the forms and/or formats described in detail in the specification package/proposal process, schedule, format and evaluation.
