The City of Grass Valley is seeking proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit the records of the City of Grass Valley and Grass Valley Successor Agency. It is anticipated that the successful firm will perform audits for the years ending June 30, 2013, 2014 and 2015, with the option of auditing its financial statements for each of the two (2) subsequent fiscal years. The audits are to be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
