The City of Pismo Beach has issued an RFP to replace its current ERP Financial solution provided by Harris ERP Select Financials, (version 8.3.1). The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified vendors offering the functionality and features identified to replace the City of Pismo Beach’s current Harris ERP Select Financials system. The City seeks a qualified firm (Proposer) with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide a fully integrated, proven state-of-the-art solution (New System). The City will be looking to partner with the selected vendor to provide the associated professional services to complete implementation.
The City is interested in a single solution but understands that all of the functionality identified below may not be provided by a future single proposer. The goal will be to gain efficiencies and to update existing City processes – focusing on consolidation of systems, better reporting and enhanced public customer service; and improve internal operations and utilize technology to the highest and best use feasible. Through this relationship the City would hope to evolve and continue to develop the system through additional modules and interfaces.
