The Coachella Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District is requesting proposals from qualified attorneys or law firms to provide legal services as General Counsel for the District. General Counsel will be responsible for all facets of the general types of legal issues that might arise for a General Counsel. The General Counsel will be expected to keep current in all aspects of law relevant to a special district and provide counsel and support for the District’s Board of Trustees and General Manager in the areas of legal compliance, ethics, liability, and risk avoidance.
