The City of Salinas (City) seeks to improve the efficiency of the business processes in financial operation of the City. To that end, the City is looking for innovative technology partners that bring a robust product based on industry best practices and share the City’s vision for continuous improvement and a highly engaged and well trained workforce.
The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify, select and implement a proven public sector finance, payroll, and human resource (HR) system to replace the City’s existing in-house developed system. The City seeks a qualified firm (Proposer) with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide a fully integrated, proven, state-of-the-art solution.
