The City of Moreno Valley is soliciting proposals for the selection of a consultant to
develop a comprehensive development impact fee and Quimby fee study to support
citywide Impact Fee and Quimby Fee programs that meet the requirements of the
Mitigation Fee Act (California Government Code Sections 66000 et seq., also known as
“AB 1600”) and the State Quimby Act (California Government Code §66477)
(collectively the “Act”) and serves the needs of the City.
