The City seeks proposals from qualified certified public accountant firms to audit its financial statements. The City encourages auditing firms to submit the most comprehensive proposal possible, offering the highest quality of service and enhancements to improve the financial reporting and City’s internal controls.
Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at 10:00AM Norwalk City Hall, Conference Room 4, 12700 Norwalk Blvd., Norwalk, CA. Attendance at the Pre-Proposal conference is not mandatory.
All requests for clarification, questions and comments must be clearly labeled “Written Questions for RFP No. 15-450” and faxed to (562) 929-5966, Attention:Darlene Mena, Purchasing Division by Thursday, February 26, 2015 by 3:00 P.M.
The City is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not been submitted in accordance with the RFP.
Proposals must be in writing and must be received by the City of Norwalk Purchasing Division by 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 12, 2015 via U.S. Mail, Fedex, UPS or courier or in person.
Proposals received after the above listed date and time will not be considered, regardless of postmark.
