The City of Indio is requesting proposals from qualified underwriter firms in connection with the refunding of (Terra Lago) Special Tax Bonds, Series 2005 (Improvement Area No.1). The City believes that positive savings may be achieved given current market conditions and seeks to refund the outstanding bonds for the benefit of the tax payers within the district.
