The City of Yucaipa is seeking a Consultant to prepare a comprehensive user fee study, for development related fees; specifically planning, building and safety and public works, in order to assess appropriate fees and rates to recover the total costs of providing related services. In addition, the City is also seeking the same Consultant to prepare a cost allocation plan to calculate ensure that all costs are properly being recovered.
