The City of Novato (“City”) is requesting proposals from independent consulting firms to evaluate and assist in the selection of a suite of finance / human resources / ERP software applications. The goal of this consulting project is to lead the City through the development of a plan to implement an enterprise resource planning system utilizing best practices,automated work flows, flexible reporting capabilities, project management tools and other applications suitable for this organization with the goal of selecting software that meets the City’s needs now and into the future.
