The City desires to undertake a comprehensive review
and evaluation of user fees and charges to ensure
that the City is accurately accounting for the total
cost to provide fee-related services. To
that end, the City is seeking proposals to engage the
services of a qualified professional firm
experienced in cost recovery and economic analysis to
conduct a comprehensive study of the
costs associated with providing City services. The
City’s primary objective for the study is to have a
comprehensive Citywide cost-based User
Fee Study prepared.
