The City of Carmel-by-the-Sea is seeking proposals from vendors for the implementation of a
financial system, with an optional payroll/human resources component. Specifically, the City
wishes to: (1) purchase or otherwise acquire rights to use software; (2) retain professional
services required to implement/train new users on the software; and (3) consider hosting
services for the system.
