The City of West Covina (the City) is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its annual financial statements for the three (3) fiscal years beginning with fiscal year ending June 30, 2016. The contract may be renewed contingent upon satisfactory performance of the vendor and mutual written agreement of both the City and vendor on an annual basis for an additional two (2) years.
