The City of Fullerton requires one or more qualified municipal advisory firms knowledgeable of the City’s financial operations, demographic and economic factors, and long-term capital program requirements. The firm must have experience with debt issuance’s for municipalities in the State of California and with developing and assisting agencies with executing strategies to address pension and other post-employment benefits (OPEB) liabilities.
