The City of La Quinta (City) seeks request for proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to perform (or provide) Actuarial Consulting and Technology Services for the City. All proposals must be submitted in writing; no oral, facsimile, or telephone proposals or modifications will be considered.
UPDATED: Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2020.

Any requests for clarification or other questions concerning this request for proposal must be submitted in writing to Claudia Martinez, Accounting Manager, and sent via email to cmartinez@LaQuintaCA.gov and finance@LaQuintaCA.gov.

UPDATE:
– RFP due date has been extended to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2020
– Proposal submittals may be up to 25 pages (excluding cover page)
Questions can continue to be submitted through Wednesday, October 21, 2020 to cmartinez@laquintaca.gov

ADDENDUM NO. 1: This shall be considered as incorporated into the RFP for the above referenced services. Portions of RFP not specifically mentioned in this Addendum remain in force.
