The City of Pismo Beach (“City”) is requesting a proposal from qualified consulting firms to do a Comprehensive Cost Allocation Plan and User Fee Study for the City of Pismo Beach.

All proposals and sealed bids must be received before 2:00 p.m. (by the clock located in the City Clerk’s office) on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, addressed to:

The City Fee Schedule attached includes all City fees including Development Impact Fees and Water and Sewer Rates, of which will NOT be included in this study. The Water and Sewer Rates were recently updated in August 2013, and the City will be hiring consultants in FY 2014-15 to do a study on Development Impact Fees.
