The City of Bell Gardens is soliciting proposals from qualified proposers to prepare a comprehensive users fee study and full cost allocation plan. The scope of work will include conducting a comprehensive review of the City’s existing fees, providing a comparative analysis of fees to those of surrounding cities, developing a model for adjusting fees, a comprehensive report with conclusions and recommendations.
