The City of National City (“the City”) is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firm (“Consultants”) for a Comprehensive User Fee Study, Full Cost Allocation Plan, and Internal Service Fund Allocation Study. There is a separate scope of work for each of the three projects and a separate cost proposal should be submitted for each.
