The successful Proposer will be expected to provide overall advice and assistance to the City of Santa Clara in connection with the procurement and selection of a single servicing bank and other financial service providers, and, if necessary, facilitate the City’s transfer of assets, processing, servicing and other financial services or any part thereof to a new financial services provider.
