The City of Compton requests proposals from qualified bidders for professional services to perform studies related to: (1) overhead cost allocation to include full cost plan services and for internal use; and, (2) a City-wide user fee and changes for cost of services rate study. There is no expressed or implied obligation for the City of Compton to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request.
