The firm selected will be required to perform any and all tasks related to the design of a chart of accounts that will accurately account for and report current budgeted and actual financial transactions including multi-year allocations and annual program budgets for the current initiatives underway. The design of the chart of accounts must be flexible in order to meet the future business needs of the Commission as demanded by changes in the organization’s reporting structure and strategic direction.
