The City of Napa is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to prepare an Impact Fee Study (Fee Study) in order to update the City’s current Street Improvement (SIF) and Underground Utility (UU) Fees. This exercise will establish the legal and policy basis for the update to the current SIF and UU fees in accordance with the requirements of AB1600, the Mitigation Fee Act (Mitigation Act).
