The City of Perris (City) is seeking to improve the efficiency and transparency of administrative procedures to improve service delivery and internal operations. To that end, the City is looking for innovative technology partners that bring a robust product offering based on industry best practices and shares the City’s vision for continuous improvement and a highly engaged and well trained workforce. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify, select and implement a proven public sector financial management system to replace the City’s existing Pentamation system. The City seeks a qualified firm with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide a fully integrated, proven state-of-the-art solution.
