The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (“Air District”) seeks proposals from qualified consultants and firms well versed in the reporting and disclosure requirements of Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Pronouncements, including but not limited to, Statement No. 87 Leases, in order to assist the Air District in determining the values to be reported in the annual financial statements.
