West Valley Sanitation District of Santa Clara County (District) invites qualified firms of certified public accountants, who are licensed to practice in the State of California, to submit proposals for the performance of an examination of its financial statements. The purpose of the examination is to express an opinion on the fairness of the District’s financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
